We just came back from an awesome week at skate camp, and in memory of Levi Brown’s fishing incident I made this cushion! x

I love visiting the Element office! On any given day you get to see rad things; new garment design and construction, inspiring artwork from top creatives from all over the world, but mostly, it’s the family vibe… You can get picked on by the big brother, Todd Francis, or laugh as a joke unfolds on Ryan Dewitt. Particularly, this is an image Dewitt’s face on Mad Max, since they both have the same dog (artwork by Kirk Dianda)!
I want to introduce you to all the amazing people you don’t get to see in skate videos or in the advertising campaigns. These are the people that work behind the scenes, making Element what we love today.
Vince de la Pena is our Marketing Manager at Element. Vinnie is great fun to work with, especially when be breaks out his infectious smile…. or shouts random tunes from his office (Katy Perry to Rolling Stones, he knows them all)

Todd Francis is a creative superstar, who turns down all accolades to his face, so we are going post this before he gets to chance to disagree. 
He is the master illustrator and designer for all your favorite skateboard designs, but most importantly, he always has a stash of yummy treats in his top drawer at work.
