The good times keep rolling over in the Element offices and the ball just continues to get bigger with each family member we get to know a little better!

We all had a blast catching up at the last round of sales meetings, when our reps worldwide were able to join us on the west coast for a few priceless memories of campfire karaoke, parking lot Korean BBQ and pink sunsets!  Come visit soon, we miss you all already!

Our friend Kate has been trekking about EU, making quite the adventure out of her 20 country bike ride back to AU! Keeping up with her blog along the journey, we found some wonderful photos of her most recent landing in France… croissants, camping, ferry rides, french phrase books, Gary the bike GPS and even water parks, we’d take a bike ride with Kate any day!

Lucky for our Element office over in France, Kate just hit us up with an email to swing by and meet the Europe family… if only the U.S. was a closer jaunt! We can’t wait to hear what a blast they have!

I love visiting the Element office! On any given day you get to see rad things; new garment design and construction, inspiring artwork from top creatives from all over the world, but mostly, it’s the family vibe… You can get picked on by the big brother, Todd Francis, or laugh as a joke unfolds on Ryan Dewitt. Particularly, this is an image Dewitt’s face on Mad Max, since they both have the same dog (artwork by Kirk Dianda)!

I want to introduce you to all the amazing people you don’t get to see in skate videos or in the advertising campaigns. These are the people that work behind the scenes, making Element what we love today.

Vince de la Pena is our Marketing Manager at Element. Vinnie is great fun to work with, especially when be breaks out his infectious smile…. or shouts random tunes from his office (Katy Perry to Rolling Stones, he knows them all)
