This is my last post as a guest blogger for Element Eden. It’s been so much fun, I must say. Although I felt slightly panicked sometimes of the thought that now, now people are actually going to read my posts. But anyways, I hope I managed to entertain you a bit. It might have seemed a bit shallow and superficial sometimes, talking only about clothing, photo shoots, fashionshows and trends. But at the end of the day, that is my work and I find it very much inspiring. Behind all those brands, shows and shoots, you meet people that has got an amazing creativity, work extremely hard to get where they are. To design and create, you need to be inspired, get impulses from all over the world, learn from people all over the world and travel all over the world. And to have the possibility to get invited into their universe, is just priceless. The people behind are the ones I truly admire and look up to. I love the fashion aspect of it all as well for sure. I was never the straight A student in school, theoretically, but I have always been very happy when I could make something and expand myself with fabrics, colours and whatever it might be. So embrace your creativity, make whatever you want and believe in yourself. We all have some qualities and things that we are amazing at, so never doubt in your skills. Element takes in people and supports people that have all this, so to be asked to do this was big for me. Thank you guys so much! I hope we will continue this journey together and that we will keep in touch.
Music is a big part of me and I could not spend a day without. I’m finishing this, as I started, with a clip from “Broken Bells, October”. This is a fantastic song, and you can control a 3d video yourself and be sucked up and taken on a great music journey. Enjoy and have a fabolous weekend! Klem Lene
So, here I am. Blogging again. Like I do almost everyday, so should be easy peasy. But today was a bit harder than the past days. I got total writers block! Can you say that, Is that what it’s called? You see I am Norwegian, work as a freelance stylist, live in Biarritz ( South France) have a blog and today is my first day as a guest blogger for Element Eden. So please excuse, my foreign accent that pops out sometimes….. I will try my best and hardest this next days to show you bits and pieces of what I am doing, hopefully give you some inspiration in music, photography, art and fashion. I am overly excited and happy to be able to do this! So I hope we will get to know each other a bit more and maybe stay in touch after as well.
I have left the so called ” California of Europe”, Biarritz that is, and the ever so warm sun and waves, to go to Innsbruck , Austria. For the next week, I will be surrounded by mountains, colder winds and rain, to do a photo shoot for the Pleasure Girl Magazine. This is going to be a studio, fashion shoot and I am looking so much forward. I promise pictures will come!
So after this small introduction of me, myself and I, I leave you with one of my music crushes these days: The wave machines.
