We had the pleasure of spending time with some of our favorite skate shops last week at Element Skate Camp and had one heck of a time! The stories around the office have yet to slow and we’re already counting down the days to go again next year… skate lake launch, paddle boarding, wilderness workshops, fire building, wooden spoon carving, tye dye… oh ya, and skating upon loads of skating!!
Take a peak at some of our fave shots from the week and get in on Skate Camp yourself or help sponsor a kid to join in on the fun through our non profit Elemental Awareness! Learn more here

Motivation from the amazing females surfers who ripped the waters at the U.S. Open of surfing in Huntington last weekend definitely topped the charts but I have to say, inspiration from the Waves for Water booth came close as runner up!
These guys get the green tip reward for not only keeping the beach cleaner from waste of trashed plastic water bottles during this raging event, but encouraging people to further support the commitment to getting clean water across the globe to those in need. The booth was set up with 6 different huge water stations, where people were free to fill their own bottles or purchase one with proceeds to benefit the Waves for Water mission! Great call guys… help support the cause and check them out here

Found a sweet little site by Rails to Trails Conservancy… these smart folks beautify unused and old railroad corridors into walking, biking and hiking trails! Even better is the fact they spur a more environmentally friendly commute because of the fact these past rail lines connect corridors and get you where you need to go… love us a healthy lifestyle!
Find some for yourself here or get in on getting them in your area here.
