Shout out to Ukiah! If you’re in the area, come to our Power to the Planet Trunk Show at Freedom Skate Shop this Thursday. Not only will you get a sneak peek of the Fall line (it’s pretty killer, if you ask me) you’ll also save 15% on all your Element purchases for the evening. Did we mention there’s raffles and free food too? More info here.
Loving these little bowls from Industreal… Simply buy a blank bowl for your ‘frame’ then pick your pattern to embroider your own dots, flowers, and phrases. Too cute!
There’s going to be an awesome art opening at New Image Art in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 28th! Andrew Jeffrey Wright, Claire Rojas, and ‘Lydia Fong’ (wink, wink)!!!! There’s also going to be a musical performance by Peggy Honeywell and a comedy act by Andrew Jeffrey Wright. This event is going to get crowded so do like I do and get there early!

I am soooo glad it’s Friday! Tonight I’m going to ride my bike to the ICY LYTES VIDEO PREMIERE AND FUN’RAISER in Los Angeles. These guys are one of my favorite new groups and they put on an amazing live performance. The video above is the ‘teaser’ trailer for their new music video. Come out and party with us!

We’ve partnered with Foam magazine for an Element design contest, designing a reusable tote bag. Did you know that hundreds of thousands of sea turtles, whales and other marine mammals die every year from eating discarded plastic bags mistaken for food? Or that the production of ONE paper bag consumes 1 gallon of water? Reusable bags can hold twice as many items as conventional plastic carrier bags and can be used over and over.
Use your creative spirit to do something good for the planet! Click on the image above to download the template and design a tote for us! Not only will you be paid for your hard work, it will be featured in our next collection.
