Some more Eden love for Canada! If you’re in the Toronto area be sure to check out Element Eden Advocate Juliana Neufeld’s solo show at the Grateful Head Collective Salon. Show’s opening reception is Thursday, September 24th from 7-10 pm.
Hello, I am currently in an exhibition called “Smile on your Brother” which features amazing creatives like Matt Irving, Thomas Campbell, Don Pendleton, Jim Houser, Cody Hudson, Mel Kadel, Bob K, and our very own Todd Francis, among others! I am so happy to be exhibiting with these guys!
“Smile On Your Brother” was co-curated by Mike Giles and Annie Lam from the Canadian charity CONTRIBUTOR and Bob Kronbauer of Club Mumble. They invited a special selection of international artists to decorate hand crafted, vintage shaped, oak skateboards.
The aim of the exhibition is to inspire people to think about their first skateboard and what it meant to them, as this in most cases represented a pivotal moment in their lives.
The customized boards will be auctioned online from August 24th – October 25th, 2009. The proceeds are going towards purchasing 100 skateboards for disadvantaged youth living in poverty in Canada.
From August 24th to October 20th, the traveling art show will be exhibiting the collection of boards in Vancouver, Calgary, Saskatchewan, Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec.
A special thanks to Element Skateboards for donating boards for the cause… You guys rock!

We’re really loving the new project by Mark Warren Jacques, one of the artists that worked with us on the European Spring ‘10 Collection, and his friend Seth Neefus.
