While on location at Salton Sea… a salty 226 feet below sea level… we were lucky to have Eden Advocate Amber B by our side to snap shots of the amazing scenery that surrounded our photoshoto!  After checking out the Fall 2010 fashion shots on our Facebook page here, head over to Amber B’s site and take a peek at the amazing beauty that surrounded us!

The first series can be found on her site amberbcreate.com as Valley of the Ancient Lake: Light and second series as Valley of the Ancient Lake: Dark

Haiti_Portraits3

Element Eden Advocate Kendra Jones Morris does amazing work with her lens… not only capturing life in another view point, but using the medium to spread awareness and create support for change in the process.  Most recently, her path found it’s way to Haiti where she documented the remaining effects of the massive earthquake several months ago.  How will you help make a change?

Found some inspiration from our friend Liss over at Day Dream Lilly (great blog! check her out here) of the lost art form of needlepoint… shown here, the best bulletin board I believe I’ve ever come across!  We need to learn from the grandmothers of this world how to create such a lovely piece of work… be inspired

Always a joy to catch up on the latest and greatest in our Eden Advocate’s lives… this round, get the inside scoop on Amber B in her interview with Oyster Mag!

Our fave Amber quote from the chat… “I am not an awesome skater but I have always loved that from the point that you pick up a skateboard it teaches you about yourself, ambition and to keep trying until you accomplish what you have set out to do.” … So true, so true!
