When was the last time you stretched, I mean really really stretched?
This image inspires me like no other to move my body, to feel that deep stretch and get the blood pumping to my muscles. Eastern Philosophy believes that you are only as old as your body is stiff. They also believe that PRANA, the subtle life force that animates in all living things, circulates throughout your body when you stretch enhancing your wellbeing and overall health.

Intern Diaries: Meet VonZipper
This week I had the opportunity to expand my horizons to the world of sunglasses and goggles with our friends upstairs, the men of VonZipper. Despite being devastated that I wasn’t downstairs with Eden all day, I was able to learn a lot working with this new company. VonZipper is a huge sponsor of extreme athletes, from surfers,snowboarders, to BMX, wakeboarders and more. It was awesome to help identify all of their athletes in these killer magazines, and work with a great group of people!
