Finding your balance….
How I’m finding my balance this winter : Pilates and Redcord workouts.
Redcord is a resistance work out where you use a series of red ropes and cords that hang from the ceiling in order to gain strength and balance… let me tell you, there is nothing easy about it. What Redcord aims to do is wake up the sleeping balancing muscles that we all have. Even top athletes have muscles that are inactive, so the more developed you can get those muscles the stronger your body gets and the better your balance becomes! It’s a perfect workout for anyone looking to gain strength, balance and flexibility but absolutely perfect for a snowboarder who’s balancing on stilts all day!
