Stylist For a Day
Last week I was lucky enough to help participate in a photoshoot project that Eden is doing for their website. We are coming up with new ideas to make it easier and more fun to shop for our beautiful customers. A past Element intern, Dominique, modeled for us as our awesome web guy, Nick shot the photos. Although the garments had already been chosen, I was able to style Dominique before each shot. It was fun pretending to be a stylist for the day!
Being an intern has really helped me see that the possibilities for a career path after graduation are endless. I have loved being able to do everything from social media to styling at photoshoots. Hanging out in the warehouse, shipping packages has even been a blast! This is really what interning is all about!

California Cruisin’… in the Element van! A note from our intern!!
As an intern, I’m always ready for new experiences and an exciting challenge. Today I was able to achieve both. I had to run a few errands today and it was my first time driving the Element utility van, on the freeway to be exact! There’s a first for everything I guess! No worries, the errands were completed both safely and efficiently. Add this one to my list of learned skills at Element as a summer intern!

Introducing our new intern Sam!!
Hey guys!
My name is Sam, hailing all the way from the great dairy state, Wisconsin, to intern for Element Eden for the next 8 weeks! I am so happy to be here, to be surrounded by such inspiration all of the time. Whether it is our designers, Advocates, pro skaters, or the founder of Element himself, I am constantly reminded how lucky I am to be part of the experience.
In fall, I will begin my last semester of college, finishing up my BA in Fashion Merchandising with a Business Administration minor. It has been quite the journey, trying to figure out what I want to do and who I want to be. It’s almost ironic that I’ve ended up at Eden, because their whole mission is about “living, learning, and growing” and ultimately inspiring others to make a difference in our world. That is what college, and life for that matter, is all about! I am excited to bring my new experiences home with me to the Midwest, and be able to share them with others in the future!

Intern Diaries: Thank You Element
It has been an absolute wild ride here at Element Eden and I could not be more thankful for the experiences I have had and the incredible people I have met. True to the Eden brand my time here has allowed me to LIVE my dream in California, LEARN the industry and what it means to be a woman of Element Eden, and GROW as a student, an intern, and a person.
A special thanks to Al Swanson, my mentor and Element marketing coordinator for being a patient teacher and involving me in every aspect of this company. And of course a big thanks to all of you Element Eden Ladies out there, for reading my posts and being so supportive. I will miss all of you!
