Intern Diaries: Surprise Office Guest
Now I generally don’t blog about skateboarders, I leave that to our team at Element Skateboards, but this one I couldn’t get enough of!
Ollie, is a pet pig of our friend Danny and was quick to jump on a skateboard, as long as there were treats to munch on.
Needless to say he was quite the little star at Element.
Here’s to hoping he comes back to hang out with us again soon!

Salad in a Jar
Ok I just love this!! There are not many things that I love in this world more than salads or mason jars (ok, actually there are a lot of things I love, family, animals, sunrises, small doors to distant lands etc. but you know what I mean) so, why not mix the two together! What a perfect way to carry your salad and keep it fresh! I read that if your dressing stays at the bottom of the jar and never touches the spinach that with the lid on, this salad can stay fresh and ready to eat for up to 4 days! Ohh I am picturing a beautiful scene in my refrigerator, salads prepared for the week!
